Bought the TH watch and they custom ordered it from Switzerland. I had an option to wait for it a month or get it +$300 on Amazon. I decided to wait. Great service. Fast and secure delivery of my back ordered leather strap.
I went in to buy an engagement ring on 10/2016. I walked in to the store ( mind you I was wearing star wars pj's) and the manager Norma and Mercedes greeted me. They were so friendly and did not hesitate to help me. They took their time and didn't try to get me to buy something fast just to take my $. All in all I walked out feeling like going there was the best choice.
Don't buy anything from here. Spent nearly 500 on a chain (that turned out to be hollow) that broke the first month and they were no help in resolving the situation. I would not reccomend business with them.
